Agreement
By using the Diva IT Solutions website or enrolling in our academy, you agree to these terms. If you hire our agency, a separate statement of work or contract may also apply.
Academy programs
Course content, schedules, and instructors may change to keep programs current. Fees and refund terms are provided at enrollment. Our refund policy is stated on the academy page and in your enrollment confirmation.
Agency services
Project scope, timelines, and payment terms are defined in a proposal or contract before work begins. Client materials must not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for content you supply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our site, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
Intellectual property
Our website content, brand, and training materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agency deliverables are transferred as specified in your project contract.
Disclaimer
We provide training and services professionally, but we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, revenue results, or uninterrupted website availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Diva IT Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
